Eid al-Adha Mubarak!
Eid al-Adha Mubarak!
Eid al-Adha is also known as Eid ul Adha, Al Adha, or Bakra Eid and honors Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion and sacrifice.
Observed by Muslims worldwide with prayers, charity, and family gatherings, it marks the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah and is closely tied to the Hajj pilgrimage.
In Canada, Muslims gather for mosque prayers, visit loved ones, and join community events - often following moon sighting announcements from Saudi Arabia.
This sacred time reminds us of the values of faith, compassion, and unity. Let’s give back, uplift one another, and spread kindness.
Wishing you peace, blessings, and cherished moments.
Eid Mubarak!
