International Overdose Awareness Day - August 31st

Sunday is a global day to remember lives lost to drug poisoning and support those affected. It’s a time to raise awareness, fight stigma, and promote harm reduction.

This Year’s Theme: One Big Family, Driven by Hope.

Together, we can turn grief into action and build a future where no one dies from a preventable overdose.

 How to Get Involved:

• Attend a local vigil or event

• Learn how to use naloxone (Narcan)

• Turn your city purple! A single request can illuminate a local landmark and shine a spotlight on the overdose crisis.

Light a candle. Share a story. Save a life!
