Just a few weeks ago, our Intensive Case Coordinator, Dan, and one of our Service Coordinator’s, Lizzie, had the opportunity to provide training to Stepping Stone’s newly enhanced Care Coordination team.
We have been able to thankfully fund these vital health positions and feel the intersection between acquired brain injury (ABI), homelessness and our commitment to strengthening front-line services truly shines through in this partnership.
