Employee Highlights

Maggie Purdy, a former client, wrote this thank you note for Ashley.

"I want to express my appreciation for the help that I received as a client of your services. From the time that I was accepted as a client until your services were no longer required I have felt very secure and comfortable with my caregiver Ashley C. She has been very instrumental in providing me with the tools needed to achieve my independence and in offering suggestions that helped me along the way.

Ashley was always very professional, courteous and caring each time that she came to provide service for me. With Ashley's help I have learned to prepare meals ahead of time to facilitate my meal planning, have learned to manage travel by bus to destinations that I need to reach, and she has assisted me with technical problems with my IPad and enabled me to complete transactions that were causing me problems. I shall miss her good advice and competent knowledge.

In closing, I would like to thank you very much for providing this service for me and I will certainly recommend your company to others who require a similar assistance in the future.

Yours sincerely, Maggie Purdy"

Wayne Hawley, a Traverse Independence client, wrote this heart warming note to us about his ABI Community Facilitator:

"Tammy has been my worker for over 1½ years and I can't say enough about the excellent job she has done for me since I have moved to the Mount Forest area. She is very focused and dedicated to the job she does for me. Since I moved up here I have had 3 heart attacks and she has been there for all of them and the support she has given me is unbelievable. There have been a few times I feel like calling it quits and she straightens me out, in a nice way. I want to thank her supervisory staff for assigning Tammy to me. She is a wonderful person and a great person to know. Thank you. Wayne Hawley"
